When you purchase BlackBag software, hardware, or training
and consulting products, we ask you for certain information,
including your name, address, phone number, email address,
title, billing information and delivery information.
Occasionally, BlackBag and its partners conduct user
surveys. All information provided by users in such user
surveys is completely optional.
For all visitors to the BlackBag website -- not just
registered users -- we collect IP addresses, browser
type, domain names, access times, duration of visit,
referring URL, platform, new/repeat information, timestamp
and exit page information. One of the uses for which
this data is gathered is for statistical purposes so
that we may analyze trends and performances over time.
