Customer Services

If you have questions, are having difficulties with your account, or require additional assistance with any of our products, please contact BlackBag's customer service - we'll be happy to assist you!

Most orders placed Monday - Friday before 1:00PM PST will be shipped that same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. To check on the status of your order, log into your BlackBag account and view information in "My Orders."

BlackBag accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept payments made via your PayPal account, as well as Purchase Orders.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates may vary depending upon the method of delivery, shipping location and weight of product. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped. All orders shipped to addresses in California and Virginia will include state sales tax.

If you believe your product to be defective, BlackBag will gladly exchange it with the exact product purchased. Simply email us to request an RMA return shipping label for your defective product. Replacement products will arrive within 5-7 business days from the time we receive the original product at our facility.

BlackBag strives to provide the best products possible. However, if you are dissatisfied with any of your products, we would be happy to issue a refund. Refunds will be processed to the applicable credit card within five (5) business days from the time the returned product is received at our facility. Please note that any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

BlackBag only sells products to adults, ages 18 years and older. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if BlackBag believes that user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of BlackBag or its affiliates.

Training Cancellation Terms & Conditions

31 calendar days or more prior to the start of class Full payment refund or class credit towards another class within 9 months of original class date
8 - 30 calendar days or more prior to the start of class Payment refund or class credit of 80% of the class fee to be used towards another class within 9 months of original class date
1 - 7 calendar days or more prior to the start of class Payment refund or class credit of 50% of the class fee to be used towards another class within 9 months of original class date
"No show" at the start of class No refund or class credit will be given

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and provided to BlackBag. BlackBag reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the date, time and location of a Training class at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the Training. In the event a Training class is cancelled, the Customer is entitled to a full refund. BlackBag shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.

BlackBag may occasionally offer Website visitors an opportunity to participate in a survey, contest or sweepstakes. Personal Data collected by BlackBag for such a survey, contest or sweepstakes will be subject to the same protection as the Personal Data BlackBag generally collects from its users.

At BlackBag, we often receive testimonials and comments from customers who have had positive experiences with our products and services. We occasionally publish such content; in every case, the author has granted us written permission to use their submission.

Notification of Changes:

If we intend to use any Personal Data in a manner different than what is stated at the time of data collection, we will attempt to notify you via the email address that we have on file for you. You will have a choice as to whether or not to allow us to use your Personal Data. Please note that you are responsible for updating your Personal Data to provide us with your most current email address. In addition, if we make any material changes in our Privacy Policy that do not affect Personal Data already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our Website advising users of the change, and despite your indicated email preferences, we will also send you an email informing you of the changes to our Privacy Policy. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an email notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our Website. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Website, products, or related services. In the event that the last email address that you have provided to us is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the email containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the changes described in the notice. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your Personal Data, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the changes that you wish to deactivate your account with us. If you believe that BlackBag has not adhered to this Statement, please contact BlackBag by e-mail at We will do our best to address your concerns. If you feel that your complaint has been addressed incompletely, we invite you to let us know for further investigation. If you and BlackBag are unable to reach a resolution to the dispute, you and BlackBag will settle the dispute exclusively under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
