Director Sales U.S. - Virginia / San Jose / Remote

Position Description
BlackBag Technologies, a leading data forensics company, is seeking an Director, Sales US to lead our growing customer base and sales team. You will be responsible for executing on new inbound sales opportunities for our digital forensic software products. Candidates should feel comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:
-       Direct Manager type role - you will be a true leader but will also be very hands on how employees are trained, mentored and progressed through their careers
-       Develop and own all revenue generating activities for the US business
-       Create effective plans and strategy for success
-       Work toward quarterly & annual budgets
-       Working with direct customers to help deliver the companies award winning technology solutions
-       Maintain contract revenue base and retention rate
-       Identify upsell opportunities within the current customer base
-       Manage and maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activities in our sales CRM system
-       Assist with projects focused on improving systems and processes to increase efficiencies

Qualifications:
-       Experienced sales leader with a strong track record working on large and complex solutions
-       You possess 3+ years' experience as a sales manager
-       You are a true negotiator; nobody can get past you when it comes to a sales pitch!
-       You have a strong analytic mind

Position Description
BlackBag Technologies, a leading data forensics company, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support our growing customer base. You will be responsible for the generation of new sales opportunities for our digital forensic software products within the U.S. Federal marketspace. Candidates should have solid experience driving deal flow, exceeding sales objectives, and genuinely care about solving customer's problems and feel comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:
-       Minimum 5 years of software sales experience desirable.
-       Demonstrable record of over-plan sales achievement
-       Strong negotiation and closing skills
-       Experience selling to government/law enforcement desirable
-       Proven experience in building territory plans
-       Strong interpersonal communication skills.
-       Good organizational skills; capable of effectively balancing multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
-       Act on and qualify incoming leads.
-       Prospect for new clients (predominately law enforcement and government sector) within an assigned market vertical (U.S. Federal).
-       Develop an in-depth understanding of customer's environment, workflow and how our products align with those requirements.

Immediate Opening - Jr/Mid Web Developer - San Jose, CA / Allentown, PA / Reading, PA / Austin, TX / Remote

Position Description
BlackBag Technologies, a leading data forensics company, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Developer interested in working with a variety of technologies. This role touches all areas of our IT Infrastructure including our customer facing websites, internal systems, task automation, custom scripting, development, optimization, and system administration. We are looking for someone to grow and learn throughout this role and willing to jump in and solve problems and become the expert whenever needed. This role will provide a training opportunity and if you have development experience with PHP, Python, or another scripting language and are familiar with Linux, please reach out for additional info!

This role will be maintaining and improving current company infrastructure, developing new systems, and other projects as they arise. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and have excellent time management skills.

Required Skills & Experience
-       Experience working with PHP and/or Python.
-       Experience working in a Linux or Mac environment.
-       Experience working with HTML and CSS.
-       Experience and understanding of Databases.
-       Understanding or have hands on experience with REST/SOAP API's.

Position Description
BlackBag Technologies, a leading data forensics company, is seeking a Sales Engineer to support our growing customer base. This position will work across all forensic software products to offer in-depth technical support for both new and existing customers. The position requires a strong technical competence and excitement for learning new technologies and solving complex problems. Candidates should feel comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications
-       Minimum 3 years of pre-sales technical experience desirable.
-       Technical, working knowledge of MacOS & Microsoft Windows operating systems is required; knowledge of other operating systems is highly desirable.
-       Working, technical knowledge of Mac, iOS, Windows & Android forensic concepts & practices.
-       Strong interpersonal communication skills.
-       Good organizational skills; capable of effectively balancing multiple responsibilities.
-       Recognized qualification in Digital Forensics desirable.

Responsibilities
-       Conduct product demonstrations for new and existing customers online, at trade shows and in person.
-       Follow up with prospective customers and answer pre-sales technical questions.
-       Develop in-depth technical knowledge within the forensics and investigations area.
-       Deliver on-site and web-based presentations to broad audiences.
-       Initiate, develop and maintain customer relationships to drive sales efforts.
-       Resolve customer issues and communicate feedback to Support and Development teams.
